Image Streaming Schedule

When you first begin experimenting with Image Streaming just a few minutes a day can have a profound impact on your mental abilities. A short session, just 5-8 minutes long, followed up by approximately the same length of time analysing your results will improve your IQ and visualisation abilities.

To fully take advantage of all the benefits that image streaming can bring, you’ll want to try some longer sessions once you’re more comfortable with the technique.

Research into the experiences of image streamers suggests in order to get continued improvements in your IQ for example you will need to gradually expand the length of your sessions, giving you the opportunity to go deeper into the image stream.

This is no different than training your body; if you never did any exercise but then one day you started going for short 10 minute jogs, you would notice some fairly immediate benefits to your health and fitness. After a while though your fitness would stop increasing and start to hold level. In order to keep getting fitter you would need to either run slightly longer or slightly faster.

Longer image streaming sessions are good for delving deeper in to the world of the subconscious and can produce some remarkable insights, and shorter session are good for improving your contact between and understanding of your outwardly and inwardly facing worlds. A combination of both approaches gives the best all round results. It also helps to mix between doing open image streams with no agenda to see what your subconscious mind wants to show you and to image stream with a specific question in mind to let your subconscious provide you with the solution.

Below is a suggested schedule for stepping up your image streaming practice to help you get the most from it. It is only intended as a guide while you are getting used to and playing with the technique, after a while you will find the amount of practice that suits you best. Just remember to have fun with, keeping it varied helps make it interesting and non-routine.

As you can see, I recommend trying to use the technique for 6 out of 7 days, and leaving one day aside to rest and reflect on your progress. The days of the week aren’t important, so feel free to switch them around to fit in with your life.

You’ll see that although the lengths of the sessions build up, the total you spend on any day is usually no more than half an hour, with just a handful of longer sessions thrown in.
